The 16th annual Tamar Music Festival will take place at the lowest point on earth: The Dead Sea. From September 28 through October 2, 2015, the festival will heat up under the desert skies with performances set on stages with the Judean Desert Mountains as the backdrop. The five-day event will feature a wide range of music from Israeli artists.
