If you are a Filet lover than you have to try the Ambassador Hotel Jerusalem Al Diwan Restaurant as it is one of the best tasting I have had in Jerusalem. The peppercorn sauce is amazing and those fresh chips, Two Thumbs Up!

Everyone knows I love Lamb Chops and Chef Ashayer always puts his touch on this classic dish! Chef is still keeping it a secret, but when I find out the WORLD will know!

Yes that good, I Snuck back in the next night just to have more! If there is one item you should order it’s the Lamb Chops!
