New Selfie Station opens at Ben Gurion Airport
Israel Tourism Minister Yariv Levin recently inaugurated a new and innovative project by the Tourism Ministry that allows tourists to update their social media pages immediately as they land in Israel. This, thanks to the first “Selfie Station” that has been erected at Ben Gurion airport, Israel’s main international gateway.
Tourists are invited to pose for selfies at the airport and upload them to social media, even before they collect their baggage and set off on their journey through the country.
The Ben-Gurion Airport Selfie Station is the first of several station to be erected around Israel, with others planned for Jerusalem, Acre, Eilat and the Dead Sea.
